Day 1

• Meet & greet with banners, Fiji information packs, and choice of handmade pottery leis, fresh flower leis, or minted cold face towels and either bottled Fiji Water, orange juice or chilled champagne. Deluxe air-conditioned motor coach transfer to hotel with a themed Fijian warrior welcoming reception.
• Morning/afternoon - Options available through dedicated hospitality desk.
• Evening - Set sail on an authentic tall ship for sunset cocktail cruise through Nadi Bay; then, air-conditioned motor coach for transfer to Viseisei Village in Vuda. Experience traditional welcome ceremonies, genuine Fijian hospitality, entertainment, and Fijian dinner.

Day 2

• Morning/afternoon - Full day Seaspray Sailing Adventure. Cruise via luxury high-speed catamaran Tiger IV through the beautiful Mamanuca Islands enroute to Mana Island. Arrive and board magnificent two-masted schooner Seaspray for a day cruising the crystal clear waters and azure lagoons. Explore the uninhabited Monuriki Island, a location for the movie, Cast Away. Beach buffet lunch, swimming and breathtaking snorkeling.
• Night - Dinner free. Branded themed room gift drops.

Day 3

• Morning/afternoon - Free day. We suggest the Inflatable River Highlands Adventure, Class II Whitewater Challenge and Longboat excursion into Fiji's highland villages and countryside. Includes morning drinks, picnic lunch with soft drinks. Transfer options include Island Hoppers helicopter or 4WD transfers to kayak launch site and air-conditioned coach from point of disembarkation.
• Night - End the day with themed (of your choice) dinner. Branded themed room drops will be coordinated.

Day 4

• Morning/afternoon - Full day charter excursion to the pristine Tivua Island, surrounded by 500 acres of coral reefs. Island will be branded with "Survivor" theme (extra/optional). After buffet lunch, enjoy available beach and water activities.
• Night - Dinner free. Branded themed room drops.

Day 5

• Morning - Half-day shopping excursion, Nadi or Sigatoka town, or maybe a relaxing beach massage.
• Late afternoon - Check-out and farewell dinner at Chefs Restaurant - Fiji's award-winning international restaurant. A stirring performance by local children's choir provides an emotional and lasting impression.

Day 1 - Arrival

• Meet & Greet with flower lei on arrival. Board air-conditioned coach to Sheraton Fiji with cold towels and Fiji Water distributed on the 25-minute journey.

Day 2 - Adventure Day - Exclusive to UTC

• Buffet breakfast in Verandah Restaurant.
• Wheels, Wings and Water Adventure Day - This incredible and exclusive day includes a fun car rally involving interesting characters and clue stops, a gourmet lunch on a mountain top witll views to take the breath away, a spectacular helicopter transfer off the mountain, a thrilling Shotover Jet boat ride and prize giving. The scenery, the fun and the thrills will have delegates talking about this UTC 5-Star event for months to come.

Days 3-5 - Departure on Blue Lagoon Cruises

• Buffet Breakfast in Verandah Restaurant
• Check out 11 am, lunch at Denarau Golf and Racquet Club. 3pm delegates depart for a 3-night charter cruise on MV Mystique Princess, a 56-metre elegant mini cruiser with 36 deluxe air-conditioned staterooms. The cruise runs through the beautiful Mamanuca and Yasawa Islands. The charter includes welcome serenaders, champagne toast on departure, all meals, 2 themed functions (1 lunch, 1 dinner), 1 sunset premium cocktail evening, all non-motorized water sports and all shore excursions.
• Room gifts delivered to cabins each day.

Day 6 - Return to Sheraton Fiji

• Delegates are transferred back to Sheraton at midday.
• Afternoon at leisure.
• Night - Barefoot Black-Tie Gala Dinner - a theme that definitely has the "Wow" factor and is unique to Fiji. The basis of the theme is the costumes provided for each guest. Dinner tables are set with white linen, black candelabras and white orchids. Dinner itself can be set on the beach at either hotel or on Akuilau Island.

Day 7 - Departures

• Delegates board their coach from the lobby of the hotel. They are fare welled with a shell lei and escorted to the airport by UTC staff. We can arrange for pre-issue of boarding passes to groups to avoid long cues for check in at the airport.
